Our Story

We started on one line, with one product.

IYRO Solar began in 2013 assembling solar modules on a single line, for installers tired of importing panels nobody could support once they were on a roof. The first customers were local. Their complaints were direct, and they shaped how the line is run to this day.

Twelve years on, the plant produces modules, on-grid, off-grid and hybrid inverters, tubular batteries, DC pump sets, cable and emergency lighting. The operating principle has not changed: if a product carries our name it was built and tested on our own floor, and we can tell you which shift made it.

It is also why specifications on this site are published as tables rather than locked inside a PDF. Buyers who compare properly tend to come back.

Milestones

How the plant grew

2013

First module line commissioned. Supply limited to three districts.

2016

BIS registration obtained. Dealer network passes 100 partners.

2018

Inverter assembly and test line added alongside modules.

2020

ALMM enlistment opens government and PSU tender supply.

2022

Automated stringing installed. Capacity reaches 1 GW.

Today

2 GW capacity, 500+ partners, active supply across 22 states.

Standard ratings are held as finished goods rather than made to order, so a confirmed order ships in 5–7 working days instead of waiting on a production slot.

Flash test and EL reports are issued against any serial number on request — including for modules already installed on site.

Four claims you can check.

Anyone can call themselves reliable. These are the things buyers actually verify before releasing a purchase order.

  1. Traceability

    Every serial number resolves to its stringer, laminator and operator shift. If a batch behaves oddly on site we can tell you why, rather than guess.

  2. Tested at 100%, not sampled

    Electroluminescence imaging and class AAA flash testing run on every module produced — not on a sample pulled from the pallet.

  3. Specifications published

    Full electrical, mechanical and temperature-coefficient data sits on each product page as an HTML table. No form to fill before you can compare.

  4. Warranty we administer ourselves

    Claims are handled by the plant that built the product, not routed through a trading company. 10-year product and 30-year performance on modules.
