The Short Version
A thin oxide layer, and less of your power lost as heat.
TOPCon puts an ultra-thin tunnel oxide between the silicon and the contact. Carriers still pass; recombination at the contact largely does not. More output from the same roof area, and noticeably less loss on a 45 °C afternoon than a PERC module of the same rating.
Higher module efficiency
Up to 23.26% at STC, so a fixed roof carries more kW and balance-of-system cost per watt falls.
Bifacial, 80 ± 5% bifaciality
Rear-side generation on top of the front-side rating — the brochure rates gain scenarios to +25%.
Best-in-class thermal coefficients
Less power lost per degree above 25 °C — visible every summer afternoon.
Better weak-light performance
Useful output earlier and later in the day, and through overcast conditions.
Enhanced crack tolerance
Half-cut multi-busbar layout, rated for 5400 Pa snow and 2400 Pa wind load.
Excellent PID resistance
PID-free, UV-resistant encapsulation for humid and coastal sites.
Applications
Where this range is specified
Residential rooftop
560–575 W for 3–10 kW domestic arrays.
Commercial rooftop
580–600 W balances string length against roof access.
Ground mount
Bifacial rear gain gets its best return over reflective ground cover.
Utility scale
Dual-glass construction for long-duration outdoor exposure.

What actually changes with TOPCon versus Mono PERC?
A tunnel-oxide layer cuts recombination at the rear contact. Higher efficiency ceiling and better temperature coefficients. On a fixed roof that means more kW installed; over 25 years, more kWh from the same kW.
Which rating should I specify for a rooftop?
The series runs 560 W to 600 W in 5 W steps on one physical size — 2278 × 1134 × 35 mm at 32.3 kg. Specify by string voltage and roof area rather than by rating alone; the module handling weight does not change across the range.
Are these modules bifacial?
The whole series is — framed dual glass, bifaciality factor 80 ± 5%. The datasheet rates backside gain at 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% scenarios, but states plainly that actual gain depends on plant design and location, so we quote it per site rather than as a headline number.
What is the warranty?
10 years product and 25 years linear performance, against IS 14286:2010 / IEC 61215:2005, IS/IEC 61730 Parts 1 and 2, IEC TS 62804-1:2015 and IEC 61701:2020.
