Eight stages between a cell and a pallet
A module is only as good as the process that made it. This is ours, end to end, with the test gate each stage has to pass.

Incoming inspection
Cells, glass, EVA, backsheet and frames checked against specification before they enter the line.

Cell sorting
Cells graded by current bin so every string in a module is electrically matched.

Automatic stringing
Infrared soldering at controlled temperature — the stage where micro-cracks are made or avoided.

Layup & pre-lam EL
First electroluminescence gate. Defects are caught here, before lamination makes them permanent.

Lamination
Vacuum lamination with monitored gel-content sampling on every production shift.
06
Framing & junction box
Silicone-bonded frames, potted junction boxes, and a pull test on the completed assembly.
07
Flash test & final EL
Class AAA simulator establishes the power bin; a second EL image confirms nothing shifted.
08
Packing & dispatch
Modules packed by power bin so an installer never has to sort a pallet on site.
