Do you install the system?
No. IYRO manufactures the modules, inverters and batteries and supplies them through appointed dealers. Your dealer sizes, installs and commissions the system, and we back them with technical support and warranty.
Which module rating suits a home?
550–590 Wp on 182 mm cells. They keep module weight and size within what two people can handle on a residential roof. The 650–730 Wp ratings are ground-mount modules and are awkward on a house.
Is a battery necessary?
Only if you need power during an outage. A grid-tie system stops exporting when the grid drops. If evening outages are common, a hybrid inverter with a tubular bank is the usual specification.
