Are the pumps eligible under PM-KUSUM?
Pump sets are supplied to PM-KUSUM specification and modules are ALMM List-I enlisted. Scheme applications are handled by the implementing agency and your dealer, not by us directly.
How is the array sized to the pump?
By head and required discharge, not by a generic wattage. Send us the bore depth, static water level and daily requirement and we will specify the string.
What happens if a pump fails in a remote block?
Service is through the appointed local dealer, backed by our technical helpline. Controllers are field-replaceable to keep downtime to a single visit.
Can the same array run other farm loads?
Yes, with an off-grid inverter. Pumping and general farm load are usually specified together.
