Privacy Policy
This site collects personal data in exactly one place: the enquiry form. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookie. What follows is a description of the actual system, not a template.

Who we are
IYRO Solar Pvt. Ltd. manufactures solar PV modules, inverters, batteries, pumps, cable and lighting, and supplies them through appointed dealers and EPC contractors. We are the data fiduciary for the information described on this page.

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form, plus one technical field. Which fields are mandatory depends on the topic you choose; the rest are optional and the form works without them.

The form also carries two hidden fields, website and ts. They are a spam trap and a timestamp. Neither is stored.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
An enquiry is a request for a reply, and the data is used to give one: to quote, to answer a technical question, to assess a dealer application, or to consider a job application. That is the only purpose.
- We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a technical question.
- We do not use it to build a profile or to target advertising.
Where it is stored
Every enquiry is written to two places at once: our database, which the sales team works from, and a file on the same server. The duplicate exists so that a database restart cannot lose an enquiry — someone waiting for a reply should not depend on a service being up at the moment they pressed send.
Both stores are on servers we control. Access is limited to staff who handle enquiries.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel and no social tracking script.
One item is stored in your browser: a single sessionStorage flag that records whether you have already seen the loading animation, so it does not replay on every page. It is cleared when you close the tab, never leaves your browser, and identifies nothing.
Some assets are served from third parties, and requesting a file from another company discloses your IP address to it. In the interest of being accurate rather than reassuring, those are:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — the two typefaces this site uses.
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — the Bootstrap and Swiper libraries.
If you follow a link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube or X, you are on their service and their privacy policy applies, not this one.
How long we keep it
- Quote and support enquiries — retained while the commercial relationship is live, and for the warranty period of any product supplied, because a warranty claim needs the original record.
- Dealer applications — retained for the duration of the appointment, or 24 months from the last contact if no appointment follows.
- Job applications — retained for 12 months from the date of application unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@iyrosolar.com from the address you used, or call the number below and quote the enquiry.
We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. Where a record has to be kept for a warranty or statutory reason, we will say so and tell you when it can be removed.
Changes to this policy
The effective date at the top changes whenever this document does. Material changes to what we collect or why will be described here rather than made silently.
