These terms cover using this website. They are not terms of sale — nothing is sold here. Supply is governed by the purchase order and, for dealers, the dealer agreement.

This site is published by IYRO Solar Pvt. Ltd. Using it means accepting the terms below. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
What this site is, and is not
This site is product and company information. It is not a shop, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
- No order can be placed here and no payment is taken.
- Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve stock or fix a price.
- A quotation is a separate document, issued in writing, with its own validity period.
- IYRO manufactures and supplies. We do not install, commission or carry out site surveys — that is the appointed dealer or EPC contractor.
Product information and specifications
Specifications, ratings and test values on this site are published in good faith and taken from our datasheets. Where a value has not been confirmed for a product, the field is left blank rather than filled with an estimate.
- Specifications may change without notice as products are revised. The datasheet issued with your quotation is the one that applies to your order.
- Photographs are illustrative. Finish, frame and packaging may differ.
- Performance figures are at Standard Test Conditions unless stated otherwise, and real output depends on installation, orientation, temperature and system design — none of which are within our control.
- Certification marks describe the approvals held for a product design. They are not a statement about any individual unit; per-unit test records are issued separately against the serial number.
Warranty
Warranty terms are product-specific and are set out in the Warranty Policy. Nothing on this page extends, reduces or replaces them.
Use of this site and its content
The text, photographs, drawings, datasheets and page designs on this site belong to IYRO Solar Pvt. Ltd. or are used with permission. The IYRO name and logo are our trade marks.
- You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of specifying, buying or supporting our products. Dealers and EPC contractors may use our datasheets and images in tender and proposal documents for our products.
- You may not republish our content as your own, use it to market a competing product, or present our certifications or test data as belonging to another manufacturer.
- You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, attempt to gain access to systems behind it, or submit anything through the enquiry form that is unlawful, misleading or automated.
Availability and links
We aim to keep this site available and correct, but it is provided as it stands. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability, governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction.
